Because all items are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference or change of mind.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

If something went wrong with your order — such as damage during shipping or an error in production — please contact us and we’ll be happy to make it right.

To help us assist you quickly, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
